iPad field apps may use Apple In-App Purchase for individual subscriptions where applicable. Hub seat packs and organization billing are managed separately through Optix Gen Automation — not through the App Store.

How licensing works

    Request a quote or pilot slot

    We confirm team size, deployment model, and FactoryTalk Optix fit before issuing terms.

    Invoice upon agreement

    Payment instructions are sent privately by email. No payment details appear on this website.

  3. 3

    Account credentials after payment

    We activate your seat pack and email organization admin login details for optixgenautomation.com.

  4. 4

    Deploy Hub and pair field devices

    Technicians use Hub and mobile apps for commissioning. Hub shows read-only account info — billing changes stay on the website.

Licensing & claims (legal-safe)

  • OptixGen licenses software access — not certified or stamped engineering deliverables.
  • Generated PLC, HMI, and wiring outputs are review-ready and require engineering validation before release.
  • OptixGen is independent software; not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockwell Automation.
  • Field capture is read-only by default — no PLC writes from phones or tablets.
