These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at optixgenautomation.com and the OptixGen organization account portal (collectively, the "Site") operated by Optix Gen Automation ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Site or submitting forms (demo, contact, quote), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Site purpose

The Site provides marketing information, sales-assisted licensing inquiries, and organization account management for OptixGen software. The Site does not provide self-serve checkout unless explicitly stated when that feature launches.

3. Account access

Organization account credentials are provisioned after licensing is confirmed and payment terms are met. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and notifying us of unauthorized access at [email protected].

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse-engineer protected areas, or submit false information in forms.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and documentation are owned by Optix Gen Automation or its licensors. Software use is governed by the Software License Agreement when you license OptixGen.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is." Marketing materials describe intended capabilities; software access and deliverables are subject to your license agreement and engineering validation requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optix Gen Automation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
