Sales-assisted licensing

OptixGen Hub seat packs are sold through quotes and invoices — not instant online checkout. Refund eligibility is stated on your quote or order and may vary by pilot vs. production licensing.

Pilot programs

Early-access pilots may have evaluation-period terms defined in your pilot agreement. Contact [email protected] for pilot-specific cancellation.

Standard seat packs

Unless otherwise stated in writing, paid license fees are non-refundable after account credentials and seat activation are delivered. If activation has not occurred, contact [email protected] within the period stated on your invoice.

Apple In-App Purchase

iPad field app subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies — separate from Hub seat licensing.

Cancellation

License renewal and cancellation terms are specified on your invoice. Organization admins may request changes through the account portal or support@.
