Early access — pilots open

From plant floor to operator screens your team can stand behind.

OptixGen is one workflow across three surfaces: capture machine intent on iPad, validate and generate on your Windows Hub, and keep field capture read-only by design.

Trusted by integrator teams in early access

“We finally have one place to capture field notes and tie them to review-ready Optix output — without giving phones write access to the PLC.”

Pilot partner — name withheld, Rockwell-centric integrator

“The Hub keeps engineering authority where it belongs. iPad authoring on the floor, validation before anything ships.”

How it works

Three steps. No mystery.

Capture intent on iPad

Sketch screens, collect notes and photos, and pull in PLC source packages while you're still standing at the machine.

Hub validates and generates

Your Windows Hub checks the work, builds review-ready FactoryTalk Optix artifacts, and keeps every result tied to its evidence.

Your team reviews and signs off

Engineers review the package — screens, notes, validation reports — before anything is called done. Nothing ships on autopilot.

The platform

Three surfaces. One workflow.

Engineering authority on the Hub. Authoring on iPad. Read-only field capture on iPhone.

Why OptixGen

Built for Rockwell-centric integrators

  • Faster starts

Kick off FactoryTalk Optix jobs with structure instead of a blank screen.

  • Field-safe by default

Plant-floor capture stays read-only. Nothing writes to a PLC from a phone or tablet without Hub acceptance.

  • Evidence you can stand behind

Notes, reviews, and project history in one workspace for sign-off.

  • Repeatable across lines

Carry the same workflow from one machine to the next — structure instead of starting from scratch every time.
